The word "IMP AVRELIANVS AVG" is on the edge of the coin. Rever: relief of the goddess Victoria, holding the wreath and relief of the emperor who receives this wreath in his hands. Aurelius holds a spear in his hands. Around the relief is the inscription "RESTITVT ORBIS". Mint: P = Rome.

In the right hand holds the spleen in the left and parazonium (long triangular dagger). The word "VIRTVTI AVGVSTI S-C" is on the edge of the coin.
